Caroline Warnes is recognised as one of Australia’s most experienced Chief Content Officers, with over two decades spent at the intersection of journalism, media and in-house communications. She partners with directors, CEOs and senior leadership to design and deliver strategic content that resonates both internally and with external stakeholders, driving engagement and influencing decision-makers at every level.

 

Caroline’s approach combines deep industry insight with rigorous research and a flair for storytelling, ensuring every asset supports measurable business outcomes. She began her career as a technology journalist and editor for one of Australia’s largest publishers before moving into senior in-house roles. She has led communications and media for an Australian government-owned aviation organisation and held strategic content marketing positions at a global commercial law firm and a listed technology company.

 

As a fractional Chief Content Officer, Caroline delivers senior-level strategy and execution without the overhead of a full-time hire - bringing premium agency thinking and hands-on leadership to every engagement.
